Digital printing

Ideal for small print runs

Business Cards, Flyers, Invitations, Folders, Catalogs and Brochures, digital printing is the solution for small print runs.
The Digital Printing uses a computer as main resource for reproduction of texts and images, it is the direct link todigital file and without intermediation. The digital printing system is distinguished by not using any type of printing, it is very different from other printing processes such as; offset printing; flexography and even rotogravure. In the process of digital printing, the form of printing is virtual, this means that the information only exists for a brief moment, being rewritten in each sheet, even if there is no change in the image.

Engraved by Stamp or Perforation

To apply on leather or synthetic.

It is used a metal mold for this technique , where pressure is exerted on the workpiece that will help to obtain varied effects. This kind pressure can be taken to the extreme, which will perfurate the material, of it can be applied a partial force to avoid this perfuration. See our catalog with some of our available standards.

Pad Printing

High definition and precise lines

Pad Printing allow us printing on small cylindrical objects, concave, curved or flat, regular or irregular with an angle up to 120 degrees due to the indirect ink transfer process, from a plate engraved which transfers the image to a silicone pad.
This type of printing it is knowned by the indirectly transfer of ink from an engraved plate to a silicone cushion allows printing on any material and surface. With high definition and precision is a very versatile process and used on cylindrical surfaces, concave, curved or flat, regular or irregular, allowing to print up to four direct colors with an angle up to 120 degrees.

Serigraphy

Customize items such as leather, t-shirts, PVC bags, PP, card, etc.

The Serigraphy printing technique can be applied to all items with flat surfaces, it works better in prints with low details and we need to consider a limited size. It results on a dense printing. The process consists in printing of one or more colors directly (printed separately), using a frame carefully prepared.

Great for speed and solutions with a considerable area for advertising campaigns and logos. Used mainly in textile articles such as t-shirts, PVC bags, PP, card, among others.

Transfer

Print and transfer without limits

Tranfering is a process that consists by a link between a printing and heat. It allows us to print witht an unlimited number of colors on a special paper (transfer), that is applied in the iten through pressure and heat. Ideal for all type of colorfull itens. We are able to pre-print the tranfer, and let you apply it, all tou need is a source of high heat and pressure.

OFFSET PRINTING

High quantity production with the highest quality

This technique offers an excellent print quality, characterized by fast processing, printing on practically all types of paper, fabric and certain plastics.
This printing system is considered one of the most efficient methods for allowing high speed, high quality in different types of paper weight and flexible plastics, such as polystyrene. Prints made on flatbed printers are ideal for business cards, folders, posters and books because the raw material is based on single sheets. The impressions made in rotary printers are ideal for high project runs like newspapers and magazines.
We a have printing solution for many colors job, varnishing application, large
formats up to 70x100cm, a roll to roll printer, which allow us a difersified production of graphic work. The offset printing system is based on the natural repulsion between water and greasy substances (in this case ink).

In semblance with the silkscreen art, we engrave an image but in a different material, a plate. The engravment in the plate is prepared to receive ink, while the other areas will reject it, absorbing only water.

The plate with the paint is fixed in a cylinder, which, when spinning, is bathed in water and ink. Under controlled pressure, only the printing area will be covered with ink. This will then mark an image on a second cylinder, called Rubber blanket, which will transfer the data marked on it, to the paper making a print. Therefore, the Offset system is knowned as indirect printing mode.

Sublimation

Sublimation

Printing on fabric and other material hard to treat.
Sublimation is a process that makes impression on fabric and other materials of difficult treatment. It is caracterized by using a special paint, which when applied, sticks to the material, incorporating it. The ink stays there even after being thoroughly washed or even if there is a lot of friction in the material.
